On both this picture and the third picture you've labelled whatever she's holding as beer. How the hell can you be certain it's beer? And who cares that she's drinking? Most teenagers do.

I honestly doubt Emma would drink...well, in public anyways. I think her career's important enough that she just wouldn't be caught doing something like that. Not saying she wouldn't do it...just not out in the open with a bunch of random people taking photos.

On the continent it's 16 but for UK and ireland it is 18. Although it's really not a big deal. I mean, come one she's drinking a beer, but so is every other seventeen year old in the country. If she was snorting coke or popping pills then sure, have a go, but she's having a drink with friends. It's called socialising, maybe some of you need to try it.

hi 'anon' i posted on the other picture about filth. well i suppose it depends on how old you look and what it's like on that particular night. I've been in and seen lots of people who were defo not 18. I also saw a girl who was wearing the same dress that emma wore to the O2 festival thing!

IM FROM SPAIN AND I PROMISE U THAT YOU NEED TO BE 18, but people under 18 ussually drink, like everywhere. Before we could drink in the streets, we called it "botellón", wich means "big bottle". it was fun, but right now we can, at least in my city, and we have to go to a place wich was made for this (i mean, not in the centre of the city) Is there something like that in other countries??

of course it isn't necessary, but it's nice to sit around with our friends sipping at something alcholic because it makes you relaxed. Just because you're drinking doesn't mean your out there to get drunk. In my opinion, being uptight about alcohol only encourages people to go out and get really really drunk, forgotting that actually all they wanted was to have a small drink with friends.

Yea, she's not legal. But she does it responsibly, and if you've read in terviews, she said that she only does it among friends. The drinking age over there is like 18 or 19, so its really not that big of a deal. She is obviously mature enough to handle it. And over there, if your like 16 and with someone legal, you can order a drink or two.I agree with Guest_maye. She deserves a break, and over there drinking is very common among friends and family.

You can be healthy even if you drink, drinking in excess makes you unhealthy, Emma drinks occasionally, but she DOES NOT smoke, she is a healthy person.
