Gosh, stop critisizing her about this. Girls her age want to make them selves seem older, and this is a surefire way to do it. Especially if she wants to grab the attention of a guy. It's just how they are at that age, I should know, I'm fourteen right now. But then again I don't wear pushup bras, but I'm just getting out of my "too big sweatshirts and jeans" phase, so yeah.
