Quick Announcement AND J.K Rowling Reveals that Dumbledore is GAY

At Carnegie Hall, J.k Rowling reveals new shocking information about Dumbledore’s sexuality:
Did Dumbledore, who believed in the prevailing power of love, ever fall in love himself?
JKR: My truthful answer to you… I always thought of Dumbledore as gay. [ovation.] … Dumbledore fell in love with Grindelwald, and that that added to his horror when Grindelwald showed himself to be what he was. To an extent, do we say it excused Dumbledore a little more because falling in love can blind us to an extend, but he met someone as brilliant as he was, and rather like Bellatrix he was very drawn to this brilliant person, and horribly, terribly let down by him. Yeah, that’s how i always saw Dumbledore. In fact, recently I was in a script read through for the sixth film, and they had Dumbledore saying a line to Harry early in the script saying I knew a girl once, whose hair… [laughter]. I had to write a little note in the margin and slide it along to the scriptwriter, “Dumbledore’s gay!” [laughter] “If I’d known it would make you so happy, I would have announced it years ago!”

This site keeps on getting more and more confusing. Let me try and get something straight…Emma-watson-fans.net/pottershots.net/Emmawatson.ca is all ONE site, right? Or is it 3 different named sites, just one layout(this one)…we’ll just say 1 site.
So basically, I can delete emmawatson.ca off of my faves list and just keep emma-watson-fans.net on there because those 3 sites are all just one site…thats very convenient. Good job!

Awesome! I knew there was more to that man that met the eye. Him and Grindelwald seemed like they shared a much deeper connection than just friendship or otherwise I’m sure Dumbledore would have killed him. But JKR said she ‘pictured’ Dumbledore as Gay when she wrote the books, but by Gay I think she meant that Dumbledore had been infatuated with Grindelwald’s mind and therefore attracted to him in that aspect, which I guess kind of made him Gay. But I think most people are automatically assuming that it was a sexual thing when it wasn’t at all.
