This article takes an extensive look at Emma’s life, ambitions and her up coming film Ballet Shoes.

Emma Watson has been in the public eye for what seems like forever. We all became aware of her eight years ago when she was cast as Hermione Granger in the first Harry Potter film, and it has gone on since then. So maybe it’s not that surprising that her publicity machine is fretting somewhat. ‘It’s her first interview away from Potter,’ the PR whispers to me on our way to meet the 17-year-old Watson. ‘She may be rather shy.’ We turn a corner to find Watson skulking around a kitchen, nervously sipping some juice and looking very pretty and gamine in the current teenage uniform of three-quarter-length leggings, faux leopardskin pumps and brown soft-leather bomber jacket. She has long blonde hair, a neat face and very dark plucked eyebrows, and she still seems terribly young, despite everything she’s experienced so far in her short life.

 

In many ways, it’s hard to separate her from Hermione Granger. ‘Yes, it is, isn’t it?’ she says all in a rush. ‘Sometimes even I get muddled which one I am, because I know Hermione so very well. My little brother, Toby, who’s three, gets very cross with me sometimes because when he sees me in Harry Potter he can’t understand how I can be Emma and Hermione at the same time,’ she says.

ACTOR ROBERT PATTINSON JOINS CAST OF TWILIGHT FOR SUMMIT ENTERTAINMENT

Los Angeles, CA December 11, 2007 — Summit Entertainment announced today that Robert Pattinson will star as “Edward” in the highly anticipated feature film production TWILIGHT opposite Kristen Stewart. The thriller-romance, based on Stephenie Meyer’s publishing phenomenon, is slated to begin production in February 2008 with Catherine Hardwicke directing a script by Melissa Rosenberg (STEP UP). Karen Rosenfelt (DEVIL WEARS PRADA) and Greg Mooradian will produce along with Mark Morgan via his Maverick Films banner.

TWILIGHT tells the story of 17-year-old Bella Swan (Stewart) who moves to the small town of Forks, Washington to live with her father, and becomes drawn to Edward, a pale, mysterious classmate who seems determined to push her away. But neither can deny the attraction that pulls them together…even when Edward confides that he and his family are vampires.

The book was auctioned off for 3.98million dollars and all proceeds will go to the charity, The Children’s Voice. First there was the glamorous photoshoot and now she’s hanging out with Kate Moss and Kelly Osbourne - Emma Watson is going to extreme lengths to ditch her goody two shoes image.

The Harry Potter star - who is the new face of Chanel - was pictured with the two die-hard party girls last night at a private bash hosted by designer Karl Lagerfeld.

The three ladies were all dressed in black with Emma and Kelly vamping it up with some hot red lipstick.

Kelly was later snapped with a lipstick mark on her chest - perhaps Emma got a little too friendly?
