J.K Rowling Launches Fresh Appeal Against Agency

British author J.K. ROWLING has re-launched her bid to prevent a photo agency from selling a photograph of her young son. The Harry Potter creator - real name Joanne Murray - attempted to sue photo agency Big Pictures and Britain’s Sunday Express magazine last year (07) after it printed a long-lens photograph of her, her husband and their son David. The publication settled the claim but a London court threw her case against the agency out of court. However, her lawyers are now reviving their case at the Court of Appeal in a bid to block further publication. Rowling’s lawyer Richard Spearman says, “The claim is not about the right of the adult. It is about the rights of the child.”

nope, but i’ve always wanted to see a pic of any of her children, specially jessica, i can’t belive she’s never been to any of the premieres or anything like that! and she must be around the same age as the trio…
