They have the same brown eyes as emma I think. Its pretty nasty to put pics of such young kids on here though…I mean, we might not all be ‘normal’ people. I think most of us are probebly just teenage fans, but there are creeps out there.
Well, they were posted on the agencies website with consent of their parents, so they can be reposted anywhere. It’s not like she took these pictures and was the first to put them up on the internet. They were put up on the internet so clients could find them and hire them as child models. That’s the point of them modelling for photos at a young age. ::)

Actually they did. They put those kids on the agency, they made the girls get into Ballet Shoes. If they wanted privacy for their little kids they wouldn’t be putting their photos out there, knowing fully well that people are curious about them.
How does casting these kids in Ballet Shoes make them fair game for exploitation by this web site?
Well, I don’t see this as explotation. They just posted the pics. If the twins had appeared more in Ballet Shoes and there were good caps with their faces, everyone would look at them and not say a bad word about it. I think this is the same thing. These are publicity shots that all models/actors have to do to make people see them and give them work, not private pics. If people weren’t curious a bout Emma’s siblings (and there have been many forums with topics talking about them), I don’t think anyone would have looked for the pics and they probably wouldn’t be posted.
Oh honestly, the forum discussion about these kids must be really fascinating. “so adorable”, “how cute”. Does anyone know if they’re potty-trained yet? Besides being exploitative, this is nonsense.

Getting her little 2 year old sisters pictures is a little creepy. Her step-sisters are cute, but their eyes scare me. I know their little kids, but they look like they have huge bags under their eyes when they smile. Also, her step-sisters are twins. It’s amazing that one is so much taller than the other, I’ve rarely seen that happen. I don’t know lots of twins, but the ones I know, both twins are all the same height.
Her step-brother is as cute as hell! OMG he is adorable. He really looks like Emma(IMO). He smiles like her too. I know her father is their father, but for some reason, I didn’t think they would look like Emma or her brother.
Now take the photos off, we got to look at them, just delete the post. It’s like stalking their little sisters. It’s nice seeing what her siblings look like, but you’re showing her siblings off to the world! I’m sure she or her family wouldn’t want that.

That being said, I think it’s really cute that they’ve all got Emma’s stepmom’s hair and Emma’s dad’s eyes. Toby looks like Alex when Alex was younger, and Nina and Lucy look like Emma when she was younger. They’re all so adorable.

Stealing is defined when you don’t give credit to the source. By having the links to the pages up, and by mentioned the name of the agency, E-W-F hasn’t stolen anything.
Actually, it’s not illegal since it’s the INTERNET and the modelling agency welcomes CLIENTS to take the pictures, so the children can be hired. You are stupid.
Younger!Alex can be see in the backgrounds of quite a few premiere pictures from PS/SS and CoS. Younger!Emma can be seen in this site’s private pictures galleries (under the title “Younger Emma”), plus they look like her from the Cast Announcements and from SS/PS itself.
Ok, but taking pictures from another website and posting them on your website is ILLEGAL, if you haven’t got an official permission from the webmaster, so it this case the “Modeling Agency”. That’s a fact!
If this site is lucky, the “Modeling Agency” will sue them!!!
Since they gave credit, the Elisabeth Smith Modeling Agency won’t be able to properly sue them. It’s not like E-W-F said, “Yes, we took these pictures ourselves.” They’re saying, “We found these pictures and here is the site we found them on.”
That being said, going on your general argument, nearly all of the young cast of HP could sue E-W-F for having their private pictures taken from their friends’ and their own private myspaces/facebooks/etc etc and putting them on this site. But I suppose you’re just going to ignore that.
I just asked my father, who’s a lawyer. You have to get the permission of the webmaster. If you haven’t, the Modeling Agency (in this case) can sue you. (Even if you posted the link!)
And I know, that nearly everyone from the young cast could sue this website and I really hope they will do it, in the near future.
Someone else who has a lawyer for a father just said that there’s nothing Elisabeth Smith Modeling Agency can do or any of the cast. Matt Lewis tried, apparently. (Scroll down for this person’s comment.)
And since Emma is aware of this site’s existence, I’m pretty sure that if it could be sued for posting her pictures, it would have been, and it would have been shut down.

She also has two younger stepbrothers from her mother’s remarriage “who reguarlary stay” at her mother’s house, but their names haven’t been released.

Listen my dad is too a laywer and he said that this site is perfectly fine no one can sue them, he also stated that if the agency sued this site many other sites would be sued to as they do the same thing and creedit too. About the private pictures it clearly states in all the social networking sites that in Terms and Conditions that you put you photos up and if someone takes them there is nothing you can do. Matt Lewis(Nevile) has contacted his laywer before and he basically said what I just said

This explains that Nina, Lucy, and Toby exist. Jo updated in September last year to say that Nina and Lucy had a very small part in Ballet Shoes as baby Pauline, and that Toby is feeling left out because he’s never been onscreen like Alex, Emma, Nina, and Lucy.
Nina and Lucy never appeared in Ballet Shoes either. In a later interview, Emma said their scene had been cut from the final film.

I hate parents who pimp out their kids. I have a nephew about the same age and the last thing his mother would do would put him to work. She wants him to have a childhood, he has the rest of his life to work. If the twins had appeared more in Ballet Shoes and there were good caps with their faces, everyone would look at them and not say a bad word about it. I think this is the same thing. These are publicity shots that all models/actors have to do to make people see them and give them work, not private pics.

Getting her little 2 year old sisters pictures is a little creepy. Her step-sisters are cute, but their eyes scare me. I know their little kids, but they look like they have huge bags under their eyes when they smile. Also, her step-sisters are twins. It’s amazing that one is so much taller than the other, I’ve rarely seen that happen. I don’t know lots of twins, but the ones I know, both twins are all the same height.
Her step-brother is as cute as hell! OMG he is adorable. He really looks like Emma(IMO). He smiles like her too. I know her father is their father, but for some reason, I didn’t think they would look like Emma or her brother.

Emma’s said herself that “I’ve got two little twins Nina and Lucy” (when she was asked about when she auditioned for Pauline Fossil in Ballet Shoes, they asked if she had little sisters to play baby Pauline) and she’s said before that her brother Toby wanted to act on his favorite show and was disappointed that it was an animated show. She also has two younger stepbrothers from her mother’s remarriage “who reguarlary stay” at her mother’s house, but their names haven’t been released.

About the private pictures it clearly states in all the social networking sites that in Terms and Conditions that you put you photos up and if someone takes them there is nothing you can do.

This explains that Nina, Lucy, and Toby exist. Jo updated in September last year to say that Nina and Lucy had a very small part in Ballet Shoes as baby Pauline, and that Toby is feeling left out because he’s never been onscreen like Alex, Emma, Nina, and Lucy.

I hate parents who pimp out their kids. I have a nephew about the same age and the last thing his mother would do would put him to work. She wants him to have a childhood, he has the rest of his life to work.
It is true that the Watson’s put their kids into the modelling agency knowing full well that due to Emma’s fame there would be interest in them (what they look like, how old they are etc). If the Watson’s didn’t see this coming then they are idiots.
This is really disgusting. It is one thing to get private pictures of the HP cast but to TAKE pictures from a modeling agency website of her little brother and sister is just plain sick.
They aren’t in HP and they aren’t even actors so NO ONE would know who they were. Unless you purposely went looking for those pictures you wouldn’t find them. Why were you looking at little kids pictures anyway? It is sick that you actually found them out of ALL the modeling agencies out there that could have taken pictures of them.
I hope that Chris Watson finds out about these pictures and you get your asses sued like you did with those Emma emails. Maybe no because of this you will actually get shut down.
