emma has announced to the telegraph today she’s going to university and has no plans to act after DH. I guess she’s not officially quitting but she’s putting acting on the side for her coarse studies.
It only takes four years to get a degree. Besides Natalie Portman got her bachelor’s degree in psychology at Harvard while working on Star Wars. I’m glad that Emma is putting her education first. It doesn’t mean that she won’t be in demand after she’s through with her studies. It all depends, and I guess it’s a chance she’s willing to take. Also I believe if Emma is going to put all her effort into her studies she will possibly graduate early maybe what would take a normal person four years to accomplish she could do in perhaps two. I mean look how well she’s done in school while working at the same time. Who knows what she could do while making school her one and only focus.
