Shia Labeouf and his New “Girl” Friend

The Indiana Jones star Shia Labeouf, 22, opened up in an interview in L.A. about his infamous trouble with the opposite sex. He says he has the problem figured out. Asked if he had anyone specific in mind, he just laughed and said, “You wouldn’t believe me if I told you.”

Pushing for more details he finally said, “She is actually a regular on another film franchise. Uh, it has wizards in it.” Harry Potter anyone? Shia blurts out, “Yes, but it’s not who you’re thinking about.” He paused. “The one with the crazy eyebrows? No way.” Then he quietly mumbles to himself, “I never knew I’d like redheads.”

He went on saying, “I’m so surprised I even know her.” Believe me, so are we.

Oh, he is talking about the Harry Potter actress Bonnie Wright, who plays ‘Ginny Weasley’, Harry Potter’s latest love interest. How did he meet this young british actress you wonder? “When I was promoting Transformers I met her after the screening in London. We kept in touch.” The Indy star continued saying, “Last time we talked she had me laughing at –no I’m not gonna say what it was– but I ended up spilling my Starbucks drink all over my computer. She’s too normal and I think I kind of like that.” He goes on to say, “It’s nice to have someone to talk to and just, I don’t know. She has insecurities and worries, and thankfully, they go beyond the usual “Does this dress make me look fat?” crap I usually hear from most girls.”

Do you tease her about having to kiss Daniel Radcliffe in the upcoming Harry Potter film “The Half-Blood Prince”? His laughter sort of fades at this point and he manages to say, rather more subdued, “No, we didn’t really talk about it.”

Bonnie Wright is currently starring in the major Harry Potter movie franchise with “Half-Blood Prince” releasing on November 21, 2008. She was last spotted out at a London party. Bonnie’s parents own a high class jewelry store in Mayfair, London, called “Wright & Teague” with celebrity clients that include Keira Knightly, Kate Winslett, Clare Danes and Super Models Jessica Stam and Gisele Bündchen.

NOT even the sorting hat is going to help Ron Weasley choose between the two bewitching women in his life.

Harry Potter star Rupert Grint, 19, found himself in the wizard position of having Lily Allen, 22, on the phone while enjoying a shopping trip with co-star Emma Watson, 17.

Not exactly a rock and a hard place, you’ll agree…

But when Watson caught Allen calling his mobile while he was busy trying on a suit in Armani, things got a bit tricky.

The Mayfair boutique was then treated to the spellbinding sight of the two magic sprites unleashing angry incantations as the Smile singer was banished. (Or, as we Muggles would say, when Emma slammed the phone down on her.)

Our source with the new expensive handbag told us: “Rupert was trying on suits when his mobile rang in his jacket, which he’d hung next to Emma.

“She picked up the call and I heard her say: ‘Why am I answering his phone? Because he’s rather occupied at the moment. Is there something you want?’”

The tailor was taking Rupert’s measurements at the time, which he may want to do again because we imagine he was shrinking from shame at this point.

Our well-heeled curtain-twitcher continued: “Emma listened to the person on the phone for a bit and then she said: ‘We’re busy right now, like you should be, Lily.’

A NEW man has cast his spell over Harry Potter’s EMMA WATSON - and he can’t believe his luck.

Despite calling himself “a nobody” the mystery guy, who pals say is called JAY and works in finance, spent a magical night in the actress’s hotel room after Sunday night’s Empire Awards.

And Emma - who has previously been linked to RAZORLIGHT singer JOHNNY BORRELL and co-star DANIEL RADCLIFFE - made her latest romance very public at the aftershow party.

The pair spent the night snogging and holding hands at the bash, held in trendy London club Carbon, with him getting a cheeky grope of her bum and thigh whenever the chance arose.

Emma, who turns 18 next month, was shy at first but became more amorous as the cocktails flowed and she discovered a slightly more private area upstairs.

And when her mystery man came up for breath and was asked by a female fan what she’d seen him in, he replied: “Nothing. I’m a nobody. I work in admin.”

The couple left the club separately around midnight, but soon reunited and spent the night together in her plush hotel.

Other celebrities at the bash included AGYNESS DEYN - who wowed with some crazy dancing to rock ‘n’ roll classics - new Bond babe GEMMA ARTERTON and the cast of the brilliant This Is England.

Down to earth Gemma even took an extra goodie bag back for her mum.

I can’t imagine Emma’s mother will be as impressed by what she brought home.

3am EXCLUSIVE Stars Emma and Daniel on secret date

Harry Potter actor Daniel Radcliffe has enjoyed a secret Valentine’s date… with co-star Emma Watson.

Daniel, 18, and Emma - who plays Hermione Granger in JK Rowling’s boy wizard blockbusters - were spotted huddled together in the garden of a London pub.

One surprised onlooker said Emma, 17, appeared to have totally fallen under Daniel’s spell.

The pair arrived at 10pm at the Imperial Arms, Fulham, West London - a stone’s throw from Daniel’s home.

They quickly headed out to the garden hoping not to be seen.

It is thought to be their first date.

The onlooker said: “They arrived quite late at the pub - about 10pm - and sat outside, using each other’s bodies for warmth.

“Emma, who was wearing a black top and matching pashmina, kept looking over her shoulder nervously as if she didn’t wanted to be recognised. When people started to notice the couple and began pointing, she wrapped her scarf around her head so only her eyes were peeping out.

“Daniel found her new look hysterical and started laughing. Throughout the night, in fact, he just kept giggling like a love-struck teen.

“The pair seemed totally absorbed in one another’s company, though - they were chatting and joking easily until just before closing time.

“They then left the pub, heads together and whispering, and headed in the direction of Daniel’s home nearby.”

Although the teenagers have been friends for seven years - since filming Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone in 2001 - they have never before been romantically linked.

Last week, Emma was rumoured to be dating Razorlight’s Johnny Borrell, 27, which she denies. Daniel split with Equus co-star Laura O’Toole, 22, earlier this year.
