Shia Labeouf and his New “Girl” Friend

The Indiana Jones star Shia Labeouf, 22, opened up in an interview in L.A. about his infamous trouble with the opposite sex. He says he has the problem figured out. Asked if he had anyone specific in mind, he just laughed and said, “You wouldn’t believe me if I told you.”

Pushing for more details he finally said, “She is actually a regular on another film franchise. Uh, it has wizards in it.” Harry Potter anyone? Shia blurts out, “Yes, but it’s not who you’re thinking about.” He paused. “The one with the crazy eyebrows? No way.” Then he quietly mumbles to himself, “I never knew I’d like redheads.”

He went on saying, “I’m so surprised I even know her.” Believe me, so are we.

Oh, he is talking about the Harry Potter actress Bonnie Wright, who plays ‘Ginny Weasley’, Harry Potter’s latest love interest. How did he meet this young british actress you wonder? “When I was promoting Transformers I met her after the screening in London. We kept in touch.” The Indy star continued saying, “Last time we talked she had me laughing at –no I’m not gonna say what it was– but I ended up spilling my Starbucks drink all over my computer. She’s too normal and I think I kind of like that.” He goes on to say, “It’s nice to have someone to talk to and just, I don’t know. She has insecurities and worries, and thankfully, they go beyond the usual “Does this dress make me look fat?” crap I usually hear from most girls.”

Do you tease her about having to kiss Daniel Radcliffe in the upcoming Harry Potter film “The Half-Blood Prince”? His laughter sort of fades at this point and he manages to say, rather more subdued, “No, we didn’t really talk about it.”

Bonnie Wright is currently starring in the major Harry Potter movie franchise with “Half-Blood Prince” releasing on November 21, 2008. She was last spotted out at a London party. Bonnie’s parents own a high class jewelry store in Mayfair, London, called “Wright & Teague” with celebrity clients that include Keira Knightly, Kate Winslett, Clare Danes and Super Models Jessica Stam and Gisele Bündchen.

She is quite an outcast at Headington. Not many friends etc. She is also quite weird. She used to go over to one of my mates’ house when she was a bit younger and just sit there, saying nothing. Often bump into her in Oxford but not in the main parts (Cornmarket etc) because of the vast amounts of American tourists doing ‘Emma Watson hunting’…
They were like really good friends before (which I guess kind of meant he was going to fail from the start) so on valentines day he asked her out, we were at a party on the friday and she said yes to him and they spent the rest of the night making out all happy and stuff. Anyway, it was all going well but she has these friends, who are evil, I mean really evil and they don’t like him too much (partly because he’s friends with me I think) and they hang out with all these “cool guys”, are basically complete and utter arrogant self-obsessed twats, but you could have guessed that from “cool guys”. So yeah. she hangs out with her friends and in turn hangs out with these pricks, he feels ignored, when she’s around her friends she won’t even talk to him it’s almost as if she was ashamed of him. He just broke it off tonight after we had a long talk about it and they’re both pretty upset. They were good friends before so there were some strong feelings there so it hurt them both pretty bad, but she wasn’t as considerate to his feelings as he was to his so, it ended.

Going out the same evening, there was a guy who litteraly seemed to know every single girl in the whole club as he was talking to and dancing with every one of them. We wanted to know what this was all about so we took up our self-esteem and went to talk to him. He was really friendly and eloquent and told us that he just knew all of these girls well and so on. So we were like: ” don’t you have a girlfriend then ?” And he went like: ” yeah dude, do you know her? ” We were standing there, totally surprised by his response, after which we asked him: ” We’ve been talking to you for about 10 minutes, how the hell could we know your girlfriend “. Whereas he responded, going like: ” yeah, she’s kind of famous mate, Emma Watson, Hermione, after which he threw us an asking look to see if we had like heard of her already, which we had of course.

I had the impression that he really loved telling us about his girlfriend and sort of loved bragging about her as well. Nevertheless his bragging, he honestly seemed really nice and friendly. We were quite curious about how it feels like to date a celebrity and stuff and he answered all our questions with great pleasure. When we left the club we asked him to join us to go to another local pub. I think he really felt like doing that but he decided not to, cause he had an important match the day afterwards. When we finally arrived back at our crib we wanted to know if he was really Emma Watson’s boyfriend and not some kind of lonely hypocrite, so that’s why we googled his first name: Tom ( that’s all we actually knew ) together with “Emma Watson”. The result was as expected, there were loads of articles about and pictures of Emma Watson and her boyfriend Tom Ducker, who seems to be a famous rugby player… Quite a Harry Potter coloured day that was!
